The HR Business Associate will support our Philippines organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both day-to-day and strategic work to drive people and organization initiatives that drive engagement and support business growth. You will ultimately be an organizational architect that will help shape the culture for Colgate to be at its best.
The Experience
As the HR Business Associate, you will be responsible for the talent management, people development, organization effectiveness, and driving culture for the non-commercial functions you will be partnering with. You will ensure the effective and efficient planning and implementation of the various Internal and External Engagement initiatives. You will also provide support to HRD on matters pertaining to data analytics in order to effectively facilitate management decisions on key HR-related subjects. SAP will also be part of your responsibility by providing an oversight role on all SAP-related data management and processes, to ensure the effective and efficient data management between CBS and PH. Additionally, you will provide an oversight role on benefits administration implementation.

What you'll need...
-Bachelor's Degree or above
-5+ years experience in HR with particular focus on employee engagement, HR services and business partnering
-Knowledge of HR policies, practices and programs
-Skilled in interpersonal, group and organization dynamics
-Experience in analyzing and presenting HR data
-Experience in an HR Business partner role, which includes talent management and performance management.
