N-PAX Cebu Corporation is a company that had been in business for more than 20 years. We are developing and maintaining Software Solutions that is being implemented nationwide in the Philippines.
We would like to invite Technical Recruiter/HR Admin from Cebu to join our team.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates in different channels and social media sites
Design Job Ads and monitor the success of the job postings.
Regular sourcing reporting
Involve in the whole on-boarding cycle of candidates from
>Pre-screening of candidates
>Scheduling of candidates for technical interview
>On-boarding process such as pre-employment requirements and endorsement to requesting department.
Maintain database of applicants per job position
Perform and conduct background and character reference check
Keeps and maintain employee records and files.
Maintain physical and digital company records (employment contracts, retainer agreements.
Help in facilitating the Performance Evaluation per department/division.
Organize and facilitate company events such as Team Building, Company Anniversary, Year End party. Handle hosting of event as needed.
Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR related concerns and queries.
Provide administrative assistance whenever possible.
Perform other office works such as office DIYs, marketing, and other clerical tasks as directed by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology
1 or 2 more years of selection, recruiting, and sourcing candidates using search engines, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, MyNimo, and Josbtreet)
Has initiative and is flexible in various work situations
Can work under pressure.
Maintains a positive and calm disposition.
Willing to render overtime and extended hours when necessary.
Can work with minimum supervision.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Committed and with strong professional skills.
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Must be computer literate, and adept with MS Office application (word, excel, etc.), and Google applications (word, sheets, etc.)
