Job Summary
Supports training, onboarding, employee engagement, and OD initiatives to ensure staff are well-equipped to deliver excellent guest service.
 
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating training programs and orientations.
Prepare training materials and maintain training records.
Support employee engagement activities and OD projects (surveys, recognition, team-building).
Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
Provide general HR administrative support and coordinate communication with departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, Hospitality, or related field.
1-2 years HR or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
