Is currently looking for:
 
COMPANY NURSE / HR ASSOCIATE
 
Responsibilities:
Interprets and documents a worker's medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests.
Maintaining detailed medical records, maintaining clinic inventory, creating emergency workplace preparedness plans, and monitoring workplace hygiene and cleanliness.
Receive and conduct phone calls regarding employee medical concerns.
Facilitate Veritacore health and wellbeing and life skills educational programs for employees according to the educational methodology used by Veritacore
Provide health-related counseling and employee support
Maternity and Child care Coaching
Health Coaching
Arrange APE and assist employees for LOA and other medical related activities
Manage basic health conditions among employees and provide personalized health education and health-related skills training
Must further keep abreast with other certifications and training as required by DOLE and other health-related agencies.
Internal referral to ESS when health assessment requires
Handles certain timekeeping tasks for payroll purposes
Coordinates with team leads esp. regarding erring employees
Daily / Weekly and Monthly Reports Submission
Other tasks as assigned by the immediate head.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent
Must be a certified first aider and safety officer.
At least 2 to 3 years experience in the related field.
Possess good organizational skills and with great sense of confidentiality
Can work with less supervision with the ability to multi-task
Can handle different age groups and flexible in handling various situations
