NURSE / HR ASSOCIATE
 
FUNCTIONS:
 
The Nurse/HR Associate plays a dual role in ensuring both the health and well-being of employees and the efficient delivery of HR services. This position is responsible for administering healthcare support, managing health and safety programs, and providing first-level HR assistance. The role ensures compliance with company health standards while supporting HR operations such as documentation, coordination, and employee engagement activities.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Healthcare & Safety Duties:
Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety programs
Provide emergency treatment, first aid, and basic medical interventions
Administer over-the-counter medications as needed
Conduct routine health assessments and wellness checks for employees
Maintain confidential and accurate health records and incident reports
Coordinate with management on health-related risks, incidents, and updates
Promote wellness programs and preventive healthcare initiatives
Human Resources Support Duties:
Assist the HR Officer in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding processes and assist with pre-employment requirements
Help facilitate HR programs such as orientations, trainings, and wellness activities
Assist in coordinating employee engagement programs and internal events
Support implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements
Attend to employee concerns and relay them to the HR department as needed
Help monitor attendance, leaves, and related HR administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Registered Nurse with valid PRC License
Background or interest in Human Resources is an advantage (HR experience is a plus but not required)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a service-oriented attitude
Willing to be assigned in Panglao, Bohol
