EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related
At least 2 years experience in handling employee relations
Thorough understanding of labor law
Exposure to hearings, employee reconciliations, evaluations and appraisals, and events management is required
Knowledgeable in MS Applications and Google Programs
Proactive and possesses a high level of integrity
Overview of the Job Responsibilities:
Facilitates end-to-end process in relation to the violations of company's Code of Conduct
Facilitates employee evaluations and appraisals
Assists Team Lead in facilitating HR related activities
