JOB DESCRIPTION
Collects, prepares, organizes, and maintains a variety of highly confidential employment related records, files, reports, and certifications relative to Human Resources Functions.
Updates payroll records by entering changes such as but not limited to exemptions, employment status, deductions, and job title.
Process DTR/ Timekeeping of employyes and maintains payroll information
assist HR Officer on Implementation of HR Policies, Recruitment, procedures and Process.
Properly handle complaints and deal with employee concerns or discipline issues
Experience in admin works/roles: administrative or compliance documentation works, is added advantages.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must be Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Emails.
Willing to Train
Must have written and verbal communication skills (English & Tagalog),
Must be a fast learner
Dependable and can work under pressure
Will handle Timekeeping & 201 Filing & etc.
Amenable to work in Pasay city.
