Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
Has at 1 year general HR experience
Possesses good communication skills, both oral and written
Able to work with minimum supervision
Has good decision-making skills, organized, and computer savvy
Tasks and Responsibilities:
In-charge of sourcing, recruitment, and on-boarding procedures
Process government contributions and benefits of employees
In-charge of timekeeping for payroll
Organize company events and activities (training, outings, parties, etc)
Formulate company policies, rules and regulations
Disseminate memos, disciplinary actions, and other pertinent documents
Other admin and clerical work
Job Type: Full-time
 
Salary: From Php12,000.00 - Php20, 0000.00 per month
