QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Psychology, behavior-related degrees, Business Administration major in Human Resource and other related or suitable courses.
Minimum of 1 yr. experience in overall HR and Admin functions, fresh graduates are entertained.
Must have knowledge in technical human resources work involving recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits, labor relations, training and employee development and organizational development.
Preferably with working knowledge in HRIS software.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, oral and written communication, organizational, planning, negotiation and time management skills.
Computer literate, strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Flexible, detail-oriented, independent and can work with very minimal supervision.
Results-oriented and analytical
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares attendance summary reports of all employees including updating of leaves and absences to complete manpower reports.
Updates 201 files and manpower directory.
Source and check online recruitment platform for adequate pool of applicants and updates regularly the manpower master list and directory.
Assists employees concerns for employee benefit including statutory benefits.
Assists in company events & activities.
Reviews and receives approved leave applications of employees and ensure that these are included in the payroll.
Monitors and ensures that Employees' Leave availment and Monitoring Report is updated regularly.
Monitors and ensures that scheduled employee's annual physical examination is conducted and medical records are maintained.
Facilities the formation of the uniform distribution every year.
Endorses to insurance broker the enrollment/deletion of all employee memberships in the HMO.
Performs HR functions and responsibilities required from time to time.
