Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/Orientation Process
Pro-active in selection and sourcing efforts (developing and maintaining updates to our website and social media accounts)
Creative in posting job ads and organized in resumes and job applications (database driven)
Assists in scheduling job interview and must have S.T.A.R. technique method in the interview process
Ensures background and reference checks are completed (aware of data privacy act policy)
Assists in preparing new entrants profiles (knowledgeable in Digital platform or HRIS system)
Creative in orientation of on boarding of new employees to the organization.
Serves as a point person for all new employee's inquiry

Processes payroll attendance which includes vacation and sick leave are tracked.
Assists in the Mandatory benefits (SSS, PHIC, PagIBIG) membership and benefits.
Assists in the monitoring of Company benefits to qualified employees ( Health card, rice allowance, leave credits, cash advances )
Monitoring of 3rd month, 5th month, and annual performance of employees to all TL.
Skills and Qualifications:
.BS Psychology or Human Resource Graduate
At least 2 years experience in the same field of expertise
Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written
