Job Summary
The HR and Admin Supervisor oversees the daily operations of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. They ensure the smooth operation of HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, while also managing administrative duties related to office operations, supplies, and facilities management. This position requires strong initiative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
Ensure new employees are onboarded effectively, including preparing documentation, orientation, and training.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Help resolve conflicts and mediate between employees and management when needed.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and tracking of performance reviews, employee development programs, and goal-setting initiatives.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update employee handbooks and ensure all policies are communicated to staff.
Assist the HR and Admin Manager with the special policy-making project such as Work from Home set-up, Online Meeting Policy to keep the company updated.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Administration:
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for employees, including personnel files, contracts, and attendance.
Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies.
Record all request using the company's ERP (SAP Business One)
Event Planning & Coordination:
Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, training programs, or meetings.
Perform other administrative task related to the organizational needs such as canvass items used for the office and HR activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Business One and HR management software is an advantage.
