THE OPPORTUNITY: HR SUPERVISOR
 
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and enhance our HR operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
Implement and monitor performance management systems and HR policies
Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee growth
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Handle HR reports, data analysis, and process improvements
WHAT IT TAKES:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
