HR SUPERVISOR
 
HR Supervisor Responsibilities 
 
Recruitment & Onboarding
Oversee the hiring process for skilled laborers, engineers, project managers, and administrative staff.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and trade schools to source qualified workers.
Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new employees, including safety training.
Training & Development
Develop and implement training programs focused on workplace safety, compliance, and skill enhancement.
Organize refresher courses on labor laws, site safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Address grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with labor laws.
Ensure adherence to construction site policies and industry regulations.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Track employee attendance, work hours, and overtime to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Maintain records of project-based contracts, daily wages, and benefits for site workers.
Health & Safety Enforcement
Work closely with site managers to enforce occupational health and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and conduct safety audits when needed.
Administrative & Legal Compliance
Maintain HR documentation, including contracts, certifications, and compliance records.
Assist in labor law compliance, union negotiations, and contractor agreements.
HR Supervisor Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a master's degree).
Proven Supervisory Role for 5 years and up.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong moral and ethical code.
Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
Excellent administrative skills.
