HR ANALYST
 
Job Qualifications:
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Business Management or its equivalent.
Preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience in HR specializing Employee Engagement and Procurement.
Must be initiative, pro-active and with all round communications skill
Must have the ability to plan, multitask and manage time efficiently
Must have the ability to negotiate and create good relationships with the suppliers
Proficient in MS Applications particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in freight forwarding is a plus.
Job Summary:
Provide assistance to the Human Resource Department by initiating, planning, developing and implementing company programs and activities.
Provide support to the management by processing and safe keeping of administrative documents like permits, travel requirements and etc.
Take the responsibility as Employee Engagement.
Records Management:
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource documents/information confidential including vehicle docs, BOD-related docs
Provide reports to Team Leader which includes monthly, ManCom report and etc.
Other tasks
Observe the implementation of the Company Policies & Procedures
Provide reports to the Team Leader which includes weekly, ManCom report and etc.
Protect organization's value by safekeeping company's assets/documents and maintaining the company's information confidential
Represent the company in all Human Resources dealings.
