HR ADMINISTRATOR
SUMMARY:
The HR Administrator oversees the Human Resources functionalities at the company such as payroll computation, recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, government contributions, labor law compliance and various employee engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and Selection
a. Develop and update job descriptions.
b. Screen applicant resumes, perform background checks, and schedule applicants for final interview.
c. Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process
Payroll and Timekeeping
a. Monitor employee attendances and leave requests.
b. Compute payroll and generate pay slips for employees.
Government Compliance
a. Ensure policy compliance with various government offices and local labor laws.
b. Maintain updated and accurate records of employee contributions.
Onboarding and Offboarding
a. Oversee and support smooth onboarding for newly hired employees.
b. Oversee and facilitate smooth offboarding for resigned employees.
Employee Relations
a. Address employee inquiries and promote a positive work environment.
HR Administration
a. Maintain an updated employee 201 files.
b. Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field.
Prior experience is preferred with Knowledge of various HR functions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven understanding of local labor laws
Proven clerical and administrative skills
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
Can work independently and with a team.
