Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field
Must have a profound knowledge of the HR core functions (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee and Labor Relations, etc.)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have an excellent verbal & written communication skill
Must have a high degree of Integrity, Reliability and Confidentiality
Willing to be assigned in Talisay City, Cebu
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
