I - Position Overview:
The HR Admin Specialist will be responsible for assisting the administration of compensation and benefits and other HR-related programs and ensures compliance with the company standards and labor laws.

III - Responsibilities:
Processes and consolidates employee's statutory benefits claims e.g. SSS Salary Loan, Sickness and Maternity Benefits, SSS Reimbursement and Pag-IBIG Loans (MPL)
Conducts initial validation on employee's benefits claim (for government and health insurance)
Ensures timely submission of monthly government-required reports. This is from creation, updating, and monitoring of reports.
Research on government updates and advisories and other benefits.
Acts as payroll resource for the group.
Prepares consolidated HR Reports in a timely manner. Reporting involving but not limited to headcount/manpower report and updating HRIS and internal employee trackers.
Ensures accuracy of information/reports provided.
Acts as resource for Records Management of old and new employees, government folders, and health records of employees.
Acts as resource for processing exit clearance of resigning employees, as requirement for final pay processing.
Other HR projects and initiatives to be assigned.
IV - Our requirements:
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Human Resources Management, Psychology or its equivalent
With at least 1 year experience under Compensation & Benefits and HR Administration
Good communication skills, highly organized, and must be team player
Familiar with Government (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) Processes
Highly effective time management skills
Keen on details; accuracy with data
Proficient in MS Office, with emphasis on MS Excel
Experience in process improvement for benefits administration is an advantage
Must be open to work as per business requirements. (weekend working, holiday working)
