Technical Customer Support Representatives for electronics  product which is #1 best-selling on Amazon USA 
 
Qualifications: 
- Must have good English communication skills 
- Strong customer service personality and able to be questionable 
- At least 6 months of Technical support experience in a BPO setting 
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift 
- Can start immediately 
- Work From Home 
 
Important Qualifications: 
- Must have a FAST and STABLE (not choppy) land based internet connection (not the cellular connection) and a PC or Windows laptop. 
- Must have a separate room at home (so the agent can talk all night and not worry about  waking your roommates or family). 
- Please NO children crying, NO dogs barking and NO roosters - If you don't qualify for this,  please don't apply. 
- Outgoing personality 
- Good English/American accent 
- Cannot have second job at the same time 
 
Responsibilities: 
- Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concerns 
- Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical  issue 
- Converse with clients using appropriate language 
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services 
- Ensure compliance with standards established procedures for addressing client concerns
