Job Description
Sales Support plays a key role in helping the Sales Team grow the business in terms of generating and increasing sales, catering to customers' & prospects' concerns, executing excellent customer service, developing & implementing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide office-based sales & marketing support:
Receiving of incoming communications from different channels
Handling customer queries and feedback
Pro-active outbound sales calls to customers
Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Comply with sales standards, targets, documentation and processes.
Execute intuitive data handling and cohesive team coordination:
Provide data, analysis and feedback
Update knowledge about the current marketplace situation
Liaise with sales team to develop specific sales strategies
Requirements and Qualifications:
Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
At least 2 years of proven work experience in the Sales Support function (wholesale distribution) or similar.
Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email application, and SAP B1.
People person, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical, mathematical, detailed and multi-tasking
Results-oriented, organized team player
