Your day-to-day in a nutshell
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various company and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Registered PH Nurse with at least 2 years hospital experience/active license
Preferably with background in healthcare account/pharmacy
- Has a good customer service orientation and senior sensitivity
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite
