HELPDESK TRIAGE SUPPORT
 
Radiant Logistics is currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Triage Support personnel. This role involves providing efficient and effective frontline support to our clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
 
Job Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat.
Provide timely and accurate triage of incoming support requests, prioritizing and escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Assist users with basic Office 365 management tasks and application troubleshooting.
Document all support interactions, including details of inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions achieved, in our ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of solutions and process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies to continuously enhance support services.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a Related Field is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in a similar position, with at least 1-2 years of work experience in helpdesk, service desk, technical support, customer service, or a related job.
Basic knowledge of Office 365 Management and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to accommodate client needs and ensure coverage during peak hours.
Work set-up and working hours:
10:00pm-7:00am PHT Monday to Friday
