Network Support Specialist
We are looking for a proactive professional to ensure the stability and security of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Support client onboarding and ensure seamless network integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues using TCP/IP and other tools.
Monitor and enhance network performance and security.
Document configurations and resolutions for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Technical Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with expertise in:
Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) account administration
Microsoft 365 support and administration
