COMPANY NURSE 
 
Radiant BPO Services Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse to join our growing team based in our office in Cebu, Philippines. This role will be responsible for providing first-aid medical attention to the employees who seek clinical services. She or he will also be responsible assisting with the implementation of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Programs within the organization.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitating letters of authorization (LOA) for team members requiring access to HMO services and benefits.
Assist Compensation and Benefits Specialist in validating documents for HMO enrollment of employees and their dependents.
Assist in validation of HMO claims.
Assist Compensation and Benefits Specialist in validating requirements for SSS sickness, accident and EC claims.
Assist in validating pre-employment medical requirements.
Coordinate Annual Physical Exam with the Diagnostic provider.
Manage the dispensing, replenishment and inventory of medicines, ensuring that essential supplies are always available for employees.
Verification and validation of medical certificates received from employees.
Proactively sending out health advisories and relevant wellness communications to promote a healthy work environment.
Daily floor-walk to check employees with flu-like symptoms and assist in filling out the health declaration form in relation to COVID 19 protocols. Conduct contact tracing when necessary.
Conduct weekly BP monitoring to employees and daily BP monitoring for employees diagnosed with Hypertension.
Assist Safety Officer in fulfilling monthly, quarterly and annual report in relation to OSH.
Demonstrate flexibility and care by taking responsibility for home visits when necessary, providing support and assistance to employees in need.
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse.
Possess OSH certification.
At least three (3) to four (4) years work experience as an Occupational Safety and Health Nurse.
Strong knowledge of OSH standards.
Experience working in a BPO set-up is an advantage but not required.

Night Shift - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT (Mondays to Fridays)
