Receipt Processing
Process by inputting required fields from receipt submitted through our chatbot promo, based on mechanics. (There will be some prefilled fields, support will supplement this by correcting/adding missing data.)
Tech Support
Answer technical/promotional questions by customers from promo based on mechanics.
Experience in customer support role
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
