Must at least have 6 months to 1 year experience in Helpdesk Support/ Technical Support or any related process below:
Software troubleshooting - addressing issues on dowloading SunSMART installer from app center, addressing various concerns reg. policy/ or account, agent's production report, internal server error, user locked out permanently etc.,
Password reset - for document, for client portfolio, financial calculator, other password inquiry etc.,
Other things - remote selling, sun advisor app - password inquiry, inquiry on iOS update etc.,
Experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent Communication skills
Regular Day shift schedule.
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Can start ASAP.
