Accountable for inbound support request for our Autonomous Mobile Robotic, Voice, Mobile Device, and Software solutions. Requests can be via email, or ticket created in our support system
Triage of the request and assignment of priority and severity.
Providing ticketing updates, and resolution, within designated service levels
Coordination with other team members, and service providers, for those repairs which may be required on our customer's sites
Develop procedural documentation / reporting for other engineering and support teams
Participate in meetings in person or over internet/call conference calls
Administrative tasks:
o Project management of small projects such as such box drops​
o Creating and processing accessory orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and
o reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Liaising logistics - Plan and track the shipment
o Generating Customer Service Reports
o Adhoc task
Tech savvy with a good understanding of mobile devices, and the associated technologies including wireless.
High level of English proficiency to develop and maintain process documentation
As you will be communicating directly to customers and suppliers high written and verbal communications skills
Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple support cases and priorities simultaneously
A positive attitude, with an open and sharing manner
Able to work in small team
Experience dealing with third party hardware vendors an advantage
A passion for always wanting to improve
Experience with the use of mobile devices within a Retail, Transport or Distribution Centre would be a distinct advantage
