This is a dynamic role involving both direct clinical provider interactions as well as driving operational excellence in patient's care coordination. You will work closely with the Hive leadership to develop and manage healthcare provider relationships, facilitate differentiated patient care experience, and provide direct input into product feature improvements.ResponsibilitiesAs a Healthcare Services Associate, your roles and responsibilities include:Managing and optimizing teleconsult operations, ensuring quality standards and member satisfaction are metPlanning and facilitating the execution of medical services such as onsite and clinic-based physical exams, vaccination drives and drug tests, ensuring logistical details are effectively managedFostering relationships with Hive Health accredited providers to enhance health availments of membersSupervising and coordinating the activities of healthcare personnel across multiple companies, ensuring consistent delivery of healthcare servicesSupport responses to patient inquiries related to their healthcare needs, coverage & benefits, and coordinate routing to accredited providersEvaluating and identifying improvements to the existing insurance operation processesSupport the company in relation to product development, business development, customer success, and other workstreams, as necessaryQualificationsAt least 1 year of relevant experience in project management or medical related fieldsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsCreative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunitiesCurious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindsetExcellent verbal and written communicationsCollaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentPassion for innovation in healthcareJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines-and beyond!✨ Day 1 benefits for full-time employees - because we practice what we preach!
