As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be the main point of contact for the hiring department and be responsible to meet the hiring needs of the client. Part of being a US Healthcare Recruiter is to source for candidates, phone screening and onboarding. This is a fully remote work-from-home job.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College level in any field.
Experience in RPO ( Offshore Recruitment ) for at least a year is required. Healthcare experience is a PLUS
Must have knowledge in recruiting, outsourcing, onboarding, interviewing, and evaluating candidates through their CVs and interviews
Background in mass hiring or full-cycle recruitment is an advantage
Willing to work the night shift
Pro-active, assertive, think outside the box and works professionally
Must have an internet connection and a personal laptop/desktop.
At least 1 year experience in international healthcare recruiting is required.
