Position Overview
The Health Services Specialist will be responsible for leading Insight's Health Services Functions for PCM-Insight Philippines. This includes (but is not limited to) Occupational Safety and Health oversight together with the Health and Safety Committee, ensuring that teammates are at their optimum health through implementation of wellness programs, and building and maintaining relationships with them.
What you'll do at PCM-Insight
The role is responsible for developing relevant and efficient Health & Wellness programs to promote and sustain a healthy lifestyle and optimize productivity and engagement.
Provide for Primary Care to any teammates requiring and or seeking medical attention and provide for timely and accurate medical advice in close coordination with the partner physician.
Lead the standard Health Initiatives of Insight such as Annual Physical Examination, Pre-Employment Testing and Schedule, etc.
Liaise with the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for benefits enrollment, deletion, utilization, claims and all other related activities.
Serve Fit to Work certification and validate Medical clearances for returning to work teammates.
Ensure timely reporting to respective government agencies (DOLE, OSH, etc.) of Health Monitoring Reports for compliance.
Lead the implementation of process and policy improvements relating the Health and Safety in close coordination with the Manager, Human Resources.
Maintains and updates Employee Health 201 Files and ensure confidentiality at all times of the same files to avoid any Information Security breach.
Create and enhance recruitment initiatives, including but not limited to: sourcing strategy, creative branding, diversity outreach, business partnership, and more.
Monitor and maintain internal client satisfaction by engaging in weekly or monthly status meetings.
Oversee and drive Insight's Health and Wellness partnerships and initiatives.
Maintains open lines of communication with other departments to ensure confidence and enhance the relationships within Insight.
Represents Insight in a professional and business-like manner and communicates effectively with Insight associates and their customers.
Some travel required.

What you'll need to join PCM-Insight
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, from a four-year College or University
A Board Licensure Passed Registered Nurse with valid PCR (Philippine Regulations Commission) Identification card.
At least 1-3 years' experience, including demonstrated success in leading the health services or clinic function for a dynamic, growth-oriented organization; or equivalent combination of hospital and corporate clinic related experience.
Broad experience and expertise in primary care and triage for the corporate setting.
Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the Philippine setting.
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
Preferred
Occupational Safety and Health Certified (current)
Experience in Health Programs such as Wellness Week, Flu Vaccinations, Pre-Employment Screening
