Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Manila office: Health Management Consultant.
The Health Management Consultant will produce and deliver health management services as part of the EH&B team. This will serve as the recognized Health Management expert to support Employee Health & Benefit consulting staff and be have a key role to the Health Management initiatives and consulting projects.
Serves as a key client leader in the country / center of excellence to actively lead and contribute to key health management and clinical initiatives
Identify and develop Global and Regional health management clients, jumbo multinational and national clients in country supporting marketing teams providing advice and strategic direction.
Manage the growth of clinical / HM services and consulting nationally where appropriate regionally.

We will count on you to:
Contribute as a clinical subject matter expert to the sales initiatives of clinical and strategic Health Management projects.
Undertaking deep dive and multipoint analysis related to all aspects of health data and presentation of findings to clients
Assisting clients to develop strategic approaches to health, design programs and create realistic timelines with measurable results
Undertake Health Management vendor evaluation, selection and review
Initiating continuous improvement of Mercer's approach to assessments ex. Reviews of TPA, HM Vendor evaluations, health clinic reviews, and care management consulting services ex. Development of disease management and lifestyle intervention services
Enhancing support for product and service innovation
Supporting the MMB APAC Health Management team through education, training and the development of tools and guidance.
Develop health management approaches and products tailored to the specific needs of clients in the PHL and train other members of the team to articulate them to clients and support delivery of projects.
Incorporate compliance and professional standards into all work processes including transparency, peer review and maintaining required professional qualifications and licenses.
Lead and participate in new business opportunities with sales channel partners.
Establish effective provider / vendor relationships to serve clients regarding clinical solutions for onsite clinics.
Assisting clients in the management of vendors for the onsite clinic management
Assisting in the delivery of health consulting projects ex. health clinic reviews, and care management consulting services, development of disease management and lifestyle intervention services
Serves as a member of the local and regional clinical teams and a key resource in the country / center of excellence to actively contribute and support key health management and clinical initiatives
Be accountable in the delivery of health consulting projects to contribute in the revenue growth
What you need to have:
Doctor of Medicine Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (Physician)
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel or similar programs.
Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive results and take initiative
