PURPOSE
Assist and support the Occupational Health Supervisor in planning, organizing, leading, and facilitating the over-all Health and Wellness Program of the company and then the specific programs, such as, Antigen Test, Vaccination, and DOH projects in compliance with the DOH and DOLE guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, or equivalent
>More than 2 years in the field and familiar with managing patients, swab testing, organizing health activities, and keeping patient's records
>With valid PRC License is an advantage
>With valid BOSH Certificate from Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines or DOLE
>With working knowledge and experience in Basic Life Support, DOLE's OSHS Standards, Risk Reduction and Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
COMPANY ACTIVITIES
>Participate in the planning and execution of company activities such as Antigen Testing, Vaccination, APE, etc. to effectively promote health and wellness among the employees
>Recommend solutions that could improve the activities of the organization
>Adhere and comply with the Local Government Unit's health and safety protocols
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
>Support the promotion and advocacy on Health and Wellness among employees
>Ensure that the team addresses all employees' health queries, especially COVID-19 related concerns
DENR COMPLIANCE
>Ensure that the team is compliant with the proper disposal of hazardous wastes before and after the Antigen Testing.
