The Consultant works to support client on WorkForce Software (WFS) in a way that solves and helps the distinct business challenges for each customer. The Consultant will work as a member of GDC AMS team to provide support for WFS Product Suites to the customer's on their issues and requirements with documented timekeeping, scheduling, and labour tracking business.
Essential Functions
Support multiple Application Manage Service(AMS) clients.
Monitor and update Ticketing system using SAP C4C.
Provide Estimate work effort and Activities for Change Request and communicate with Client, and Client engagement manager.
Assist customers with software testing.
Solve business problems related to Time and Attendance or Scheduling by providing creative approaches that may involve a technical solution and/or process change.
Collaborate with the SuccessFactors Team on any integration related activities.
Attend training courses and undertake self-learning as required to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business.
Professional SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules.
3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system.
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance, preferred.
Logical and technical mindset that can analyse problems and identify root causes.
Experience with business applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience or ability to learn SQL and write queries.
Analytical ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
