This position will support IT Planning and Business Strategy Org. Responsible for daily and strategic management and control of the hardware asset portfolio including taking a detailed inventory of Alorica hardware assets and applying the information gathered in making the best decision concerning IT-related purchases and redistribution for the organization. The Hardware Asset Management Analyst II is a member of the Hardware Asset Management team and has three primary areas of responsibility. 1) IT Asset Identification and Tracking 2)Technology Asset Disposal 3) Asset Lifecycle Management Job Functions: Asset Identification and Tracking - Coordinate domestic and international order logistics, order reconciliation IT Tech assets, detailed asset record creation, asset distribution to global support teams and lifecycle asset tracking. Equipment repairs and tracking, product returns, loaned asset allocation and returns. Technology Asset Disposition - Collect, process and monitor the disposal of all IT assets. Coordinate removal request with vendors, onsite support teams and building operations. Verify adherence to federal and local technology disposal legislation in addition to Alorica policies. Asset Lifecycle Management - Manage local inventory for capital surplus assets, operations spare assets and consumable peripherals. Maintain secure and organized storage areas across multiple sites. Conduct physical cycle counts, keep asset records updated and current. Follow all standardized HAM processes. List required software, hardware & technology of the work unit: ServiceNow, Oracle, iProcurement, SharePoint Others: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, some Visio helpful EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED - Required Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent in relevant work experience - Preferred EXPERIENCE: Years of related experience 3-5 years Other: Strong experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) Working knowledge of Sharepoint Working knowledge of Service Now Power BI experience a plus OTHER INFORMATION (Skills and Abilities) What other information is relevant to the performance of this job that has not been covered above Knowledge of IT asset disposition procedures. Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information Understanding of IT Hardware Asset Management tools and technologies Knowledge of IT Hardware Asset Management principals / practices Knowledge of Oracle, Excel, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Salesforce Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills Cross-functional team collaboration skills Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
