Job Summary:
Responsible for attending to clients' concerns related to turnover documents and procedures. Assists clients in the final handover process and facilitates acceptance of the physical units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attends to all client concerns received via email, walk-in or phone-in.
Ensures that all concerns received are addressed within 24 hours (not necessarily resolved).
Prepares 201 files of the unit owners.
Handling UO concerns and requests in relation to acceptance of the physical unit.
Punch listing of units prior to turnover.
Coordination of various client and unit concerns with internal groups.
Makes sure that he/she handovers quality units.
Assists with preparing or contributing to various reports; submits daily activity report.
Develops and maintains databases of a variety of files and records related to the activities of the department using computerized and manual filing systems.
Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
Education: College graduate with a degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or any related field.
Years of Related Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year experience required from the Customer Service industry.

Must be accommodating and approachable in dealing with clients, personally or over the phone.
Must be able to put oneself in client's shoes/ must be able to see client's perspective.
Must be sensible in dealing with internal and external clients.
Must be prompt in attending to issues and requests.
Must be accurate and detailed in keeping record of all client concerns and documents.
Technical Skills Required
Proficient in MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
