Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Coordinates the collection of mobilization or advance payment, progress billings and retention with respective Project Liaison Officers and Treasury Department;
Ensures that collections for projects being implemented by the company is being remitted to the appropriate bank accounts;
Reviews the annual list of projects of respective Project Liaison Officers with corresponding bank account details prior to remittance of advance payment to ensure appropriate bank accounts will be utilized;
Obtains the monthly collection report and copy of vouchers from respective Project Liaison Officers;
Prepares a consolidated validated monthly collection report; Updates the Project Collection Report on a monthly basis to ensure completeness of collection for each project from mobilization to retention;
Monitors and updates the collection Monitoring High Level Report for all existing projects; Ensures that completed projects are 100% collection;
Assigned to oversee the status of audit of joint venture projects;
Well versed in Statutory reporting to SEC, BIR, LGU;
Improves systems & procedures and initiates corrective actions for areas of her responsibilities;
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and continuing professionalism education;
Files important documents and ensures fast retrieval when needed;
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
Performs other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
