We strive to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, our partners and our people.About the Role:This role is responsible for elevating the visual quality, consistency, and professionalism of HR Crowd's client-facing and internal collateral. Working closely with our bid, marketing, and leadership teams, you will create high-impact layouts and graphics aligned to HR Crowd's brand and corporate standards.Key Responsibilities
Design and format business documents including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, PowerPoint decks, capability statements, thought leadership and one-pagers
Create project collateral, visual frameworks, diagrams, and infographics
Maintain and enhance HR Crowd's visual identity across all materials
Edit, refine, and apply branding to Word and PowerPoint templates
Support content flow, readability, and structure for executive communications
Ensure document quality, accuracy, and version control
Support marketing content and social media creatives as required
Stay current with modern design trends and professional services branding
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in graphic/corporate design (professional services preferred)
Background working for Professional Services organisations, ideally Tier One consulting organisations.
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Figma or similar platform experience beneficial
Exceptional attention to detail and design consistency
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
