The GoHighLevel Specialist is responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the company's entire GoHighLevel system - including CRM pipelines, automations, workflows, funnels, and integrations. This role focuses solely on building and maintaining GoHighLevel to streamline marketing and client processes.🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM accounts, pipelines, and dashboards
Build automations, triggers, and workflows for lead generation and follow-up
Create funnels, forms, landing pages, and booking systems
Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools (e.g., Google, Facebook, Stripe, Zoom, etc.)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and client sub-accounts
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide GoHighLevel support
Optimize automation processes for performance and lead conversion
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (required)
Familiarity with automations, workflows, and funnel creation inside GoHighLevel
Basic understanding of marketing automations and CRM pipelines
Strong problem-solving and system organization skills
Preferably with experience handling multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts or white-label setups
