About Our Client:
Our client is a public listed company in the manufacturing industry that provides semiconductor packaging and testing services. They make and test electronic components that go into devices like smartphones, computers, and other electronic products.Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure optimal production efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and enhance collaboration.
Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a semiconductor background.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices including day-to-day operations, costing, manpower and people management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in data analysis tools and software for performance tracking.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
