Job Title: CNC MACHINIST
 
Job Overview
 
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise in programming, setup, and machining will be vital to maintaining production efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to manufacture parts according to specifications and tolerances.
Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code or other programming languages to enhance machining efficiency and accuracy.
Set up machines by installing fixtures, tooling, and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshooting issues and making necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for compliance and quality assurance.
Job Qualifications:
Must have completed a technical course in machining or a related field from a recognized institution (e.g., TESDA)
With technical certification in machining or CNC operation is a plus
With at least 1 year work experience as a CNC Machinist
With a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and programming
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
With strong attention to detail and precision
Abie to troubleshoot machining issues
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
With basic computer (MS Office) and documentation skills
