Responsibilities
Provide assistance in contract review and contract filing for the respective region and country of assignment.
Strive for compliance with the required contract management KPI.
Ensure business process/methodology is applied accordingly and accurately.
User support (not IT-related, but contents related)
Align and coordinate with the IT department during troubleshooting
Generate reports from the system
Perform data quality checks
Training:
Development of training concepts for new users (on individual and/or department level) together with the global lead for GlobeCon
Development of trainings (and all the training material) under the concept
Hosting of those trainings on a global basis
Development:
Active engagement in all development questions of GlobeCon in co-operation with the global lead, e.g.
New access right concept, including extensive test runs, identification of loopholes, etc.
Global clean-up concepts (e.g. for BU Air)

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (any course)
1 -3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Can work independently and has a strong character
Has passion for databases
Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines
Has excellent knowledge of the English language both in writing and orally
Is highly reliable and understands the huge responsibility of this job (confidentiality-wise, but also attendance-wise)
Basic excel knowledge is a must
