The opportunity This opportunity comes as we continue to shape the recruiting support we provide to EY's Global Executive. You will be part of a high performing team, and work with highly engaged and committed stakeholders across the globe. You'll provide support to your function/s in a way that meets senior stakeholder expectations, ensures consistent quality and maintains the best candidate experience. Your key responsibilities Reporting to the Executive Layer Recruiting Leader, you'll be responsible for a team which delivers end to end hiring to your function/s, around the world You'll front the relationship with your Strategic Talent Consultants and business leaders, providing insight, market intelligence and innovative solutions that meet the business' hiring goals, while managing your recruiting portfolio Manage, coach and inspire a team of experienced hire recruiters Develop pivotal relationships with Area and Regional stakeholders to understand business and Talent requirements that impact recruiting Work to support the Executive Layer's reputation as a holder of best practice in recruitment support Support continuous improvement of our service, processes, frameworks/toolkits and standards to ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience To qualify for the role, you must have Experience in complex hiring activities across multiple geographies, utilizing technology and innovative practices Hands on experience managing teams and in coaching and developing people for success Expert knowledge in one or more of the following: recruitment service delivery, offshore recruiting models, recruitment systems and processes, recruitment reporting and analytics, account management The ability to prioritize service and execution, focusing on approaches that deliver value to the firm and ensure a great candidate experience Maintain supportive internal and external networks that keep you up to date with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape Ideally, you'll also have Experience in professional services or a global, matrix enterprise Expertise designing and implementing hiring solutions with a strategic perspective while ensuring successful execution Experience working closely with senior management on resourcing matters A global mindset experience engaging with and building trust with stakeholders from various backgrounds and cultures Well developed influencing and negotiation skills The ability to guide people through change Knowledge of offshore recruitment support models comfortable working shifts as required to support our business in different time zones Knowledge of international hiring regulations including some understanding of international labour laws What we look for An individual who works best as an independent contributor making tough decisions in a highly complex and matrixed environment would be successful in this role.
