Job Description:
GES Global Mobility Support Supervisor - Philippines
As a GES Global Mobility Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering a best in class simplified, personalized and digitized employee experience through superior service and operational excellence. As a working supervisor, this includes but is not limited to distributing the intake of APAC and EMEA cases and queries to the Philippines-based GES Global Mobility Support Team. Case intake will include Global Mobility assignment initiation costings, Global Mobility end of assignment costings, handling of UK, Philippines, and India domestic moves, and front-line handling for all Global Mobility-related queries. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines in support of Global Mobility clients and partners, including managers, employees, and HR teams. As part of your daily duties you and your team will interact with employees at various levels related to a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail, empathy, ability to troubleshoot, taking ownership and accuracy of work while maintaining a high quality standard and ensuring data integrity. You will be accountable for providing a seamless, end to end positive experience with every interaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Case Assignment: distribution of cases to self and team, including monitoring intake queues and volumes
· Costings: work with managers and HR partners to enter and finalize Initiation and End of Assignment costings in AssignmentPro, including providing advisory guidance on package options as well as Position Management support
· Domestic moves: handling domestic moves for employees moving within their own country
· Query handling: responding to Global Mobility Advisor queries, including escalating cases to Global Mobility Advisors where needed
· Supervisor responsibilities: direct supervision of team members, including working with GM Advisor Team Lead on performance management, development and training for the team.
· Follow all established processes, policies, company guidelines and regulations
· Complete HR related transactions/activities adhering to company policy and guidelines
· Meeting service level, quality and productivity metrics
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of HR experience. People Management experience preferred.
Must be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am EST to 8:30 pm EST
(Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed)
