The Global Mobility Consulting Lead role is designed to serve as the one point of contact for all strategic and assignment management mobility needs to both HR Operating Unit leaders and Operating Unit business leaders with a focus across multiple Operating Units.
Job Description
You would be the one point of contact for the Operating Unit HR and business leaders on mobility policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools. This role would need a deep understanding of the Talent Management strategy for the company and you would need to ensure that we align talent strategy with the mobility packages we offer. You would also need to build strategic plans for cross international border moves for each Operating Unit/country/business, which could be seamlessly delivered against, along with provide bespoke package consulting for unique new assignments.
Job Responsbiities:
Administer the employee relocation process; may assist the transferee in sale of existing real estate, rental or purchase of new residence etc.
Process cost estimates, expense vouchers and relocation reimbursements
Act as the point of responsibility for expatriate assignment planning and management
Be responsible for compensation package development and assignment approvals process.
Have the ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
What You Need to be Successful:
University/Bachelor's degree preferred (HR or Finance desired)
3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, with exposure to complex consulting and problem solving
High customer service skills
Strong analytical skills and highly detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player
Ability to work in a virtual diverse working environment, fully utilizing technology and communication tools
Flexibility to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Microsoft Office, KPMG Link Enterprise, Workday
