Position Overview:
This role provides master data life cycle management in compliance with established governance guidelines for the Supply Chain domain (e.g. Beverage Product codes, finished goods, semi-finished goods, packaging, BOMs, recipes, cold drink equipment and facilities parts). The role is part of the Data & Analytics Services group of Platforms Services. The position will support Global Data Stewards and collaborate with internal Governance teams, cross domain teams and will act as an integrator between TCCC and a Managed Service Provider (MSP). As a member of the Supply Chain Operations team, this role provides critical support to the company's data journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute guided life cycle management (Create, Review, Update, Delete) of assigned supply chain master data
Support resolution of up/downstream data syndication errors
Support and execute data governance routines and data quality remediation
Support Managed Service Provider operational SOP reviews and training
Support Managed Service Provider operational problem resolution
Participate in UAT for application innovations
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or relevant experience
Related Work Experience
1-2 years of experience in data management with preference of Supply Chain concepts & processes
Experience with the following technology preferred but not required: MDM (e.g. Informatica), ERP (e.g. SAP), ISSCOM, MS Office365
