Assist on Month End Closing Procedures
Performs account and movement analysis per account
Prepares account schedules
Owns and performs account reconciliation of different accounts as assigned
Creates journal entries including accruals and prepayments
Performs and prepares ad hoc reports and analysis as assigned by superior
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have an accounting background, graduate of accounting course or has substantial experience in accounting related task.
- Can performs reconciliations on different types of accounts (Asset, Liabilities and Profit and Loss accounts)
- Has experience or knowledgeable in creating journal entries, book keeping and accruals
- Has knowledge in one or several accounting system (SAP, Quickbooks, Oracle, Xero or others)
- Has experience and knowledgeable in performing month end closing procedures
- Knowledgeable for the overall function of GL and Management reporting.
- Can contribute on improving the month end closing process, including submitting of correct and accurate month end report.
- With experience on Audit is preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience preferably on a similar GL function or General Accounting
