Position Description
The AVP role will manage and provide clear strategy and execution to ensure the successful delivery of the RTB Requirements through the implementation of the Single GL SAP HANA Project. The role will also manage the RTB Organizational readiness and successful Go-live delivery of the SAP HANA Project. The role will require collaborative engagement with Project SMEs, RTB SMEs and IT Teams to ensure successful delivery of the project. The AVP role will spearhead the delivery of the process impact analysis, Business Requirements, UAT executions, RTB Org readiness, Go-live and Post Go-live tasks. The role will also ensure that relevant impact and changes on the existing Business Process are well documented, Trainings completed and RTB is ready to perform tasks with no major issues on Day1.
Your key responsibilities
Provide clear strategy and direction to ensure that project deliverables fully meet the RTB requirements and stakeholder expectations. Lead the collation of RTB pain points, reporting requirements and able to translate or relate this to Business Requirements and map this to the Business Delivery e2e solution.
Spearhead process impact analysis and lead the Business Requirements delivery and discussions with IT and relevant stakeholders. Review and facilitate sign-off of the Business Requirements from RTB, IT Team and senior stakeholders.
Facilitate discussion with the legal entity controllers, FDs, Business controllers and Project team relating to project deliverables to facilitate a resolution, updates, escalating where appropriate. Represent RTB to various forums and RTB updates and issues are well articulated
Take a lead role with all phases of the project life cycle i.e. Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality and business objectives. Lead the UAT by providing significant inputs to Test Strategy, Test Planning and Sign-off discussions
Lead Business Processes and System Architecture Training delivery to RTB Users. Lead discussion with onsite Programme / Project Managers, Lead Business Analysts and IT Developers and Testers to ensure Project risks and UAT issues are resolved promptly
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Accountancy/Business/Economics/ Finance, CPA preferred but not a requirement
Background in the Financial Services Industry - preferable Investment Banking - Global Markets, Corporate Banking
Extensive experience working within the profession of Business/Data Analysis within the Finance arena, Proven years' experience in leading/managing Global General Ledger Projects (preferably SAP)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, Advanced knowledge in MS Office products (Access/Excel) ; Excel skills are key - vlookups, pivot tables
Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal), Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organization, Ability to work in fast paced environment
