Proficient in both German and English

Willing to work in Shifting schedule
Willing to relocate
Responsibilities:
Assist customers via chat,email and calls
Resolving complaints and following up on resolutions.
Identifying customers' needs
Knowing company products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
