Main Accountabilities
1. Highly accountable for executing Unilever IC's retailer programs and growth in his/her territory via effective management of distributor teams and resources.
2. Should be well-versed in field/distributor operations as he/she will have to coordinate with Distributors and aid in retailer-driven programs.
3. Accountable for fast implementation of Unilever's retailer programs and Distributor's compliance to the said programs.
4. He/she should exemplify strong team leadership and team commitment skills, both from the field operations and working virtually, in order to drive excellent and honest execution in his/her own territory.
5. He/she should have an entrepreneurial mindset to analyze and provide strategic solutions for the situation of his/her area to help with problems on the ground or opportunities that the business can capitalize on.
