• 7 years general accounting or record to report experience
• Strong financial, accounting and reporting skills
• 3 years People Management experience
Job Responsibilities:
• oversees the entire RTR General Accounting
• Ensures compliance with Accounting Principles and Policies
• Approve and post Journal Entries
• Conducts Pre/Post close discussions with stakeholders
• Identify Finance-related process improvements and innovation initiatives
• Point of contact and trouble-shooter for escalations, issues and concerns
• Assist in building strong succession plan
• Mentor and counsel team members
