Job Description
Maintains Group's General Ledger accounts;
Maintains Fixed Assets Register;
Prepares monthly Income Statements report;
Assists in preparation of Group's annual budgeting and forecasting;
Maintains Company Contracts Database;
Prepares monthly schedules of Balance Sheet accounts;
Prepares monthly schedules Income Statement analysis;
Prepares monthly Income Statement of the Group;
Assists in preparation of Group's annual budgeting and forecasting;
Maintains Group's Fixed Assets Register;
Monitors contracts review status;
Maintains Group's contract database.
Minimum Qualifications
Any Business course, preferably with major in Accounting;
At least 5 years relevant experience;
Preferably CPA, an advantage;
Well versed in maintenance of accounting books and ledgers;
Highly organized with effective time management;
Fluent in English verbal and written communication;
Amenable to work on site (BGC Taguig)
